固定化酶又称固相酶，是20世纪60年代伴随着酶工程研究发展起来的一种酶应用新技术，是将可溶性的生物酶用物理或化学方法束缚或限制于固体材料上，使之成为不可溶但仍具有其专属酶活性的状态，用于溶液中的各种酶催化反应。
